Our Shipping Carriers
Domestic: USPS, UPS
International: USPS, Global Post

Shipping Policy

All shipments will occur Tuesdays & Fridays! Only exceptions would be either if 1) there is a US federal holiday, 2) shop owners are out of town (notices will be posted on our website)

For in-stock items, all orders placed before Friday will be shipped by the end of the week. Once shipped, domestic orders typically take about 3-5 days to arrive at their destination.

All domestic (USA) shipping will come with tracking.

An email with your tracking information is sent out once the shipping label for your order is created. If you don’t see an email from us within 72hrs of your order, please check your spam folder and/or send us an email with the name used on your order to contact@ughkpopshop.com

International shipping times: the estimated shipping time can be 5-21 business days. It could also be longer or shorter depending on a multitude of factors that we as a shop can't control once the package is out of our hands.

Please be patient and contact your local post office if it has been longer than 21 business days since your order has shipped.

**PLEASE NOTE** after your package is dropped off at the shipping facility (i.e. USPS, UPS, DHL), we are NOT responsible for your package, the shipping carrier is. Any issues with delivery should be brought up with the specific shipping carrier provided in the tracking information sent to you via email. We will do our best to assist you, but due to the nature of postal/delivery services we really have no control over the packages once they leave our hands. Contacting the shipping carriers directly, tends to be the best option in these cases.
 
Pre-Sale Items

•  For pre-sales & limited pre-sales, please see the product description for the estimated ship date of that specific item.

**PLEASE NOTE** that standard pre-orders can take up to 2-3 months to be fulfill depending on the item.

• If you buy an in-stock item WITH a pre-sale item, your item WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE PRE-ORDERED ITEMS ARRIVE IN STOCK If you would like to get in-stock items earlier, please place two orders.
•  If your address changes during the pre-order window, please contact us through our 'contact' page or send us an email at contact@ughkpopshop.com with your name, order number, and new address. If you know in advance that your address might change, please note it in the comment section during checkout so we can follow up with you via email when it comes time to ship!
