Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return or refund. If your Items arrive damaged or missing, please contact us immediately.

The Ugh Kpop Shop is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with the product we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please take a moment to read through our policy guidelines outlined below.

Canceling an order:

Email as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately issue a full refund of your payment.

If your order has shipped, we will issue a refund upon receiving the item(s) back from you.

  • Shipping cost will not be refunded, but we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • The items must be returned unopened, in the original packaging.
  • Once the items are received and inspected to verify their condition, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your refund.

Request a return:

If you’re unhappy with your items in any way you may request a standard return.

*Some items are not eligible for standard returns, please see the ‘Non-returnable items’ section for a list of excluded items.

  1. Email requesting a return. In this email, please include your order number.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. (If you do not see a reply within 72hrs, please check your spam folder. If the issue persists, please DM us on Instagram or Twitter/X @ughkpop_shop.)

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after the delivery date. 

For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or wear. The item should be accompanied by all original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories (i.e., freebies).

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for a standard return:

  • Clothing & Apparel items
  • Personalized or customized items

Refund process for ‘Standard Returns’:

Once we receive the returned items, they will be inspected to verify their condition.

After verifying the condition, a full refund for the returned item(s) will be issued within 48hrs. The cost of shipping will not be included in the refund amount.

You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your refund.

Non-refundable Items:

Items showing signs of obvious use, damage, or wear and tear.

If you receive missing or damaged

  1. document everything you received with photo and video evidence. Please include a photo showing the full shipping label where the address can be read clearly.
  2. contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged or missing item(s) and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
  3. We might request that you bring what you received to your local post office so they can inspect the damaged item(s) and/or packaging. (This is so USPS can reimburse us for the damaged item(s), and we can get you a refund or replacement as quickly as possible).
  4. Please keep all damaged items, packaging, etc. for at least 30 days after receiving them.
